Unless specified, the work described below has been for Twigeo, a global marketing agency - where I was employed from 2016-2024. 

Building a company-wide learning program, 2021-2023

  • Developed an inclusive learning program to create a common performance focused language and ensure all employees received consistent building blocks for success.

  • Content included feedback, self-leadership, communication, diversity, insight generation and design thinking.

  • The program was designed annually, maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes.

  • Accommodated various learner types, considering the diverse functional teams within the company, each with unique learning and collaboration styles.

  • Selected, briefed and built relationships with external speakers.

  • Coached internal experts to deliver their own learning sessions.

  • Coached team leads to reinforce learnings from the sessions.

  • Conducted remote, hybrid and in-person sessions for the teams in Stockholm, New York and beyond. 

  • Selected and implemented a suitable Learning Management System (LMS).

A social culture that represents the business, 2016-2024

As one of the longest tenured members of the Twigeo team, I had the privilege to shape the culture from the ground up. Over the years, I…  

  • Engaged in regular research, facilitation, coaching and initiatives to emphasise the company’s open culture and boost employee engagement.

  • Along with HR, I co-facilitated the journey to identify and establish the company values.

  • As a woman of colour in the leadership team, I led the diversity and inclusion (D&I) conversation in the company, advocating for changes and shedding light on any organisational biases. 

  • I used my own influence to support and coach others in their D&I journey.

  • Organised multiple events for our diverse team to celebrate differences and educate the team with subject experts.

  • Collaborated with HR to regularly gather feedback on company culture through pulse surveys.

  • Used survey data to improve initiatives and coaching support to team leads.

  • Built trust with all levels of the organisation to become the go-to person in the leadership team on all things org culture.

Workshop facilitation of all kinds, 2017 - 2024

Over my 8 years at Twigeo, I facilitated countless workshops for various purposes.

  • With clients and client teams, I hosted strategic, planning and ideation sessions.

  • For managers, I facilitated team development and kick-offs focusing on goal alignment, work preferences and collaboration.

  • As part of the learning program (see above) I regularly hosted interactive hybrid sessions for the entire company as part of a series of self-leadership. 

My focus while leading any session is always on the participant and the why – making sure the core insight is transferred smoothly, with a clear understanding of how it can be applied to one’s own personal or professional work/relationships.

Company communication strategy, 2019 - 2023

  • I worked closely with the C-Suite and HR to

    • look at how we share information in the company.

    • and develop the plan (timing, format, language) and subsequently communicate key company information with the rest of the team with empathy and transparency eg. org changes, hybrid work guidelines, financial updates, personnel changes.

  • To emphasise a positive communicative culture at the company, I also shared channel and meeting guidelines adapted to their ways of working and client demands. 

  • As a native English speaker, I regularly wrote and edited the copy for internal & external communication.

Designing & implementing ways of working, 2020 - 2023

  • In my work with defining Twigeo’s ways of working, I largely worked with how account teams collaborated internally and serviced clients.

  • Some of the tasks I undertook were building an Account Management Toolkit, with sections on role clarification, templates for project management, case studies and guidelines of how to manage common account conflicts.

  • I managed the client Net Promoter Score process annually, gathering feedback from our clients and working with the account leads to assimilate the feedback.

  • In order to improve our innovative, cross-functional culture, I developed

    • the Big Picture Cards: a card deck asking the most important questions to help teams strategise;

    • a Workshop Toolkit to help teams reflect, innovate and retrospect with structure and autonomy.

  • As Twigeo grew, I facilitated the production of the Employee Handbook to make an easy reference point for employees regarding policies, colleagues and the Twigeo Brand. 

Dinner conversations for Between Us, 2020-2022

As the Stockholm host of Between Us, I facilitated conversations with small groups of women over dinner - both in-person and virtually - on various topics like Vulnerability, Transformation, Mothers, Money, etc.

Planning and facilitating the gatherings involved managing guests, logistics, reflection and experience design.

For the in-person dinners, I prepared a nutritious, plant-based meal for all participants.
